Design Consultation
We start by learning about you. How you live, what the space needs to do, and what you want to feel when you walk through the door. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Design Concept
Kaelyn develops a concept covering space layout, materials, finishes, and furnishings. You review and approve it before anything moves forward. Nothing is ordered or scheduled without your sign-off.
Sourcing & Scheduling
Furniture, fixtures, and materials are sourced, often at wholesale pricing not available to the public. If the project includes renovation work, it is managed by the same team, under the same contract.
Installation & Reveal
The space comes together and Kaelyn walks it with you to confirm everything is right. You see the finished room, not a rendering. If anything needs adjusting, it gets handled before we close out.
